The Good Girl Game Changers Podcast

Season 1 - Breaking Free Of Our 'Good Girl' Beliefs

Do you ever feel like you're constantly juggling expectations - both your own and others' - of who you're supposed to be and how you're supposed to show up in the world? Maybe you've been labeled as "too much" or "not enough." Perhaps you've found yourself exhausted from striving for an impossible standard of perfection or silencing your own needs to please others. If any of this resonates, you're not alone.

In this season of the podcast, we explore the 'good girl' beliefs that we need to perform perfectly, please everyone and protect others to be worthy of love and what it takes to break free.

Episode 1 - Why 'Good Girls' Burnout

We've been asking women around the world what "good girl" means to them, and most trace it back to a moment between ages 6 and 11 when someone they trusted taught them that being "good" was the price of safety, success, and love. That early belief can quietly run the show for decades, leaving many of us exhausted, disconnected from who we really are, and ready to ask: how do we break free of the beliefs that no longer serve us?
